Our Eskrima program consist of Single Baston (Stick), Double Baston, Daga (Knife), and Espada y Daga Our

Our program is based on an eclectic style of FMA that has foundation developed from Valencia LAMECO ESKRIMA.
We are the Regional Sports Organizer for the United States Filipino Martial Arts Federation (USFMAF). The
USFMAF provides a format for fair and exciting tournaments for our members to attend and test their skills against
others in the art of Eskrima.
